This requirement is for (1) Condensing Unit to include installation in accordance with the attached solicitation documents. JSDA ARS Plant Genetic Resources Conservation Unit (PGRCU) has a requirement to replace the condensing unit for the back walk-in freezer at the Seed Storage building #4482 with a new Condensing unit. Location is within the University of Georgia (UGA) Griffin Campus at 1109 Experiment Street, Griffin, GA 30223. 1- The contractor shall provide all professional services and equipment necessary to install new condensing unit, and removal of the old condensing unit at the Seed Storage building #4482 in Griffin GA. 2- The contractor will provide all equipment, piping, refrigerant, insulation, wiring, and material needed to replace the condensing unit and connect to the existing fan coil units of the walk-in freezer to give a fully functional freezer system. 3- The contractor shall provide a complete and functional installation, including all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, apparatus, transportation, rigging and other equipment and services necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the intent and meaning of this statement of work. 4- It is imperative that all work will be coordinated with location as not to jeopardize the germplasm collection. The down time shall be minimal and will be scheduled in advance. 5- Upon completion of the project, contractor will be able to provide emergency repair service 24/7-365 to ensure safety of the germplasm collection.
