Portions of Taxiway F, G, and R will be demolished, reconstructed, and realigned, with approximately 650,000 square feet of concrete/asphalt placement or replacement. The new airfield pavements will primarily consist of full-depth concrete, with small sections of full-depth asphalt used to transition to existing asphalt pavement. The scope also includes stormwater drainage modifications, installation of underdrains, new storm lines connected to the existing system, and upgrades to airfield lighting and signage. Location: Scott Air Force Base, 1 W Winters St, Scott AFB, IL 62225, United States. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 in accordance with DFARS 236.204.
