This Performance Work Statement defines the requirements for preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for HVAC systems at Building 1812 (Scott Inn), ensuring optimal performance of all HVAC equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials unless otherwise specified, equipment, and transportation needed to reduce equipment failures, extend system life, maintain energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental standards. Location: Scott Inn, Building 1812, Scott Air Force Base, 207 W Winters St, Scott AFB, IL 62225 Deadline for questions is 19 February 2026 @ noon CST. Offers must be submitted through email within the deadline specified on the RFQ posting.
