Project Description: Clive City Hall Renovation - Phase 2 - Interior remodel of an existing split level 26.890 SF City Hall facility. New reception areas, offices, work rooms and conference rooms will be modified. New finishes, room layout, security measures, and MEPT systems will be included in the scope of this work. All existing space uses, occupancy and egress will be maintained.
