As of September 15, 2025, project was awarded to Luckydog Recreation, awarded amount is $8,392.84. The budgeted amount for this project is $8,000. Quote to Furnish and Install SYNLAWN Pet Platinum artificial turf, as per the attached specifications for a dog run at Riverton City Animal Shelter. The shelter is located at the back end of Old Farm Park's parking lot, 3250 W. 13680 S. The size of the dog run is 45' x 11' 6", approximately 518 SF. There is already a concrete border around the dog run. Contractor is required to complete the project by October 15, 2025. The anticipated timeframe, or timeline, is as follows: City will issue a Notice to Proceed within three (3) business days after the due date. Contract time (commencement of work date) begins seven (7) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed Date. Work cannot begin until a pre-construction meeting has been held and the following is submitted to the City Purchasing Department.
