Site work for a mixed-use development in Riverton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Provide and plant up to 55 trees in the south park strip of 13400 South between 2700 West and Fireback Drive. Work includes modifications to the existing sprinkler system along with providing rock mulch in the park strip. Work on this project includes: Demolition includes removal of the existing grass from the park strip, removal of any existing sprinkler heads and patching the irrigation lines Supplying and planting up to 55 new trees o Trees to be Columner Golden Rain. o Trees to be 2" caliber o Each tree is to be staked with two stakes o City will stake the location of each tree prior to planting o City must inspect the trees before they are planted o Tree planting to follow Riverton City Standard Specifications & Plans Manual, Detail LS-10 o Contractor to hand water the trees through the fall months Modify the irrigation system to provide water to each tree o Follow Riverton City Standard Specification & Plans Manual, Detail LS-2 o Sprinkler heads to be Rainbird Install rock mulch in the park strip o Rock mulch to be 2" South Town Cobble o Install weed fabric under the rock mulch o Approximate area for the rock mulch is 1,250 square yards Warranty o One year warranty o Contractor to replace dead trees in the spring after the trees leaf
