The Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) is seeking to retain a landscape management/architecture firm to provide parkwide landscape and arbor management services. The focus of the selected consultant's efforts will be on inventorying/assessing the existing landscaping and trees in the Quonset Business Park and working with QDC to develop a management plan to maintain the parkwide landscaping in a healthy and aesthetically pleasing condition. Respondents shall have specific and demonstrated experience in landscaping management, arbor care, and/or landscape architecture. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). As such, it is anticipated that the QDC may shortlist up to three (3) consultants for interview, based on ranking criteria described herein. Questions must be emailed to the Point of Contact designated in the RFQ by November 11, 2025, at 4:30 PM local time. Responses and addenda will be emailed to all registered Proposers and will be considered part of this RFQ. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, to waive any formalities in the proposals received, and to accept those proposals which in its sole judgment best serves the interests of the Corporation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
