Renovation of a military facility in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade military facility; one-story above grade military facility; and one-story above grade military facility.
The selected consultant shall evaluate the condition of the existing Building #8. The consultant shall recommend a course of action, including but not limited to repairs and modifications to the existing facility, demolition and reconstruction of the existing facility, or construction of a new facility in a new location. Interested firms are required to submit a Statement of Qualification. One original, one electronic copy (either on CD or flash drive), and four paper copies of the submission are to be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address provided. Facsimile and email submissions will not be accepted. The Quonset Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any formalities, and accept those proposals that best serve its interests.
