Only one contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer submitting the lowest qualified bid, best availability, and current, applicable PennDOT Certifications. The anticipated contract term is three years, with the option for a one-year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Proposals must be submitted electronically with the project title in the subject line. The value is estimated at $300,000, and a Bid Security of 10% of that amount must accompany each proposal. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to request additional information from bidders if in the best interest of the project.
