Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library; and one-story above grade municipal facility.
Separate bids are invited for the renovation of the historic Town Hall, also the Town library, located at 918 Maple St., Salisbury, VT. The project is subject to prevailing wages. Bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the specified deadline via email to the Owner’s Representative, with copies to the Owner’s architect and project consultant. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town of Salisbury is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages Women, Minority, and Disadvantaged Business Owners to apply. Contract documents are available for interested bidders, who must contact the architect directly for the drawing and specification set. Any prospective bidder obtaining documentation through other channels must notify the architect of interest in the project to receive addenda and other bid correspondence. All correspondence during the bidding process is to be directed to the architect. A site visit will be held, and General Contractors are encouraged to bring their sub-contractors, particularly for site-related and mechanical work. No bid may be withdrawn within a minimum of 75 calendar days after the bid closing date.
