Site work and paving for a road / highway in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed proposals will be received for Seal Coating on Braddock Road, Caney Valley Road, Clover Top Road, and Flat Rock Road in Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipality. Liquidated damages will be applied at the rate of $100.00 per calendar day. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Henry Clay Township. The work is subject to State requirements governing payment of prevailing wages. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portions thereof.
