Kutztown University may require performance of work order construction. Work to consist of non-capital construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance of facilities, buildings, building systems, and utilities. Work shall include all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete work. It is the intent of the University to issue work order (unit-price) contracts to multiple qualified General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction contractors. Contract length will be one (1) year with four (4) optional one-year renewals. All work will be done strictly on an as-needed basis. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this Invitation for Bids. uestions regarding this Invitation for Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on December 5, 2025. Answers to these questions and further administrative information shall be provided via Addendum #1 which shall be posted to online bid page no later than December 9, 2025.
