Project consists of two stories with vehicle bays, garage, holding cells, administration area, dispatch center, fitness center and offices. Estimated total project duration is 16-18 months. Re-advertising for Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Elevators (ECC $150,000). Only prequalified General and Trade firms, who are prequalified by the Awarding Authority, will be invited to submit a bid for the Building Project pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, 44E. The Owner's Project Manager is The Vertex Companies, LLC. and the Project Designer is Dore + Whittier. DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. RFQ Questions: Deadline: October 30, 2025 by Noon
