Site work for a residential development in Fresno, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a residential development.
The City of Fresno Planning and Development Department is seeking development proposals from qualified developers to provide suitable site(s) for a micro(tiny) homes affordable housing development. The selected developer will be responsible for site control and all necessary entitlements and completing site preparation work required for the construction of 25 micro(tiny) homes. The homes will be constructed by a Builder selected by the City of Fresno. Additionally, the selected developer will be responsible for owning and operating the development, which will serve households with an average income not exceeding 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Interested developers are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate experience with affordable housing projects and site readiness for residential development There will be no on-site technical assistance workshops for this RFP.
