ACTIVITY ID 11-2024-023 The improvements include reconstruction of the existing futsal court, reinforced Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paving, PCC sidewalks, new playground, earthwork, subgrade preparation, modified subbase, acrylic court surfacing, fencing, erosion control, surface restoration, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 679-228/246, located at Cheatom Park, 1100 Day Street, Des Moines, Iowa. The Citys Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72%, Bidders must file sealed bids at the designated location and time. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as specified by the jurisdiction. Bidders should not include sales tax in their bid; a sales tax exemption certificate will be provided for materials incorporated into the project. Preference will be given to Iowa products, provisions, and domestic labor as lawfully required. Copies of contract documents are available at the City Engineer's Office at no cost.
