Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes reconstruction of the existing futsal court, reinforced Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) paving, PCC sidewalks, new playground, earthwork, subgrade preparation, modified subbase, acrylic court surfacing, fencing, erosion control, surface restoration, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including specified plans, at Cheatom Park, 1100 Day Street, Des Moines, Iowa. Bidders must file sealed bids at the designated location and time. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security as specified by the jurisdiction. Bidders should not include sales tax in their bid; a sales tax exemption certificate will be provided for materials incorporated into the project. Preference will be given to Iowa products, provisions, and domestic labor as lawfully required. Copies of contract documents are available at the City Engineer's Office at no cost.
