Description

Demolition and site work for a military facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

The work consists of the demolition of Building 229 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. A site visit is scheduled for February 26, 2026, at 1000 hours at Building 229, and a DSM Access Request Form must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by February 23, 2026. Funds are not currently available, and the requirement is subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Quotes or proposals must remain valid for up to 90 days after the solicitation closing date.
