Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ojai, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project to be constructed consists of concrete curb ramp installation, concrete cross gutters, concrete spandrels, asphalt concrete spot repairs (digouts), crack seal/slurry seal, asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM), asphalt taper or full grind and overlay, utility adjustments, storm drain piping and facility modifications, striping and related work. Bid Bond: The bid must be accompanied with a bid security in the form of a bidder's bond executed by an admitted surety, made payable to CITY. The bid security shall be an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total annual bid amount included with their proposals as required by California law. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in the bids, and to make an award or any rejection in what it alone considers to be in the best interest of the City.
