Renovation of a laboratory facility in Carrboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The scope of work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and other necessary items for the renovation of existing laboratory space to allow for the complete and operable installation of laboratory equipment to analyze for PFAS and other trace compounds at the Jones Ferry Road Water Treatment Plant in Carrboro, NC, The project requires Substantial Completion within 60 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed and Final Completion within 80 consecutive calendar days. The Orange Water and Sewer Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid in the best interest of the Authority. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via email only to: ldudley@Dewberry.com Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bidder shall conduct the required Site visit during normal working hours, (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site.
