Question Deadline 02/25/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Bidder's questions shall be submitted by 7 days before the bid opening in writing. Sealed bids are requested for approximately 4,900 linear feet of CIPP lining that includes 8 and 10 inch diameters under Contract No. 2026-02, 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program. Bids must be submitted according to the specified contract documents, obtained from ms consultants for a non-refundable $50.00 fee. Each bid must include a bid guaranty in the form of either a bid bond or a certified/cashier's check equal to 10% of the bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time. The work is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked '2026 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM.' The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding.
