Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Holt, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 520-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a 520-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The general scope of work includes the construction of three cabins, each measuring 20' x 26', and the renovation of an existing restroom facility, including the addition of an indoor shower room. The project includes installation of solar power systems, electric service, asphalt (approximately 190 tons) and concrete (approximately 700 square feet) pathways, and construction of a floating dock (approximately 1,080 square feet). Additionally, three picnic tables and three fire rings are to be provided. Bidders are required to provide a bid guarantee equal to five percent of the total bid amount in the form of a bid bond from an approved surety company, made payable to Ingham County. The guarantee must run for a period of at least ninety days. If the successful proposer does not furnish performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates within ten business days of receiving the Notice of Award, the bid guarantee will be forfeited as liquidated damages. Before submitting a proposal, bidders must thoroughly examine the proposal documents, be familiar with all relevant laws and regulations, and conduct any necessary site investigations and measurements. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their proposals are based on actual site conditions. All proposals must comply fully with these instructions. All work, including project clean-up, and traffic control removal shall be completed on or before Substantive Completion, August 28, 2026; and, Final Completion no later than September 25, 2026.
