Following approximate totals: 40,000 Gallons E-1 - Prime 20,000 Gallons E3/CRS-2 Cationic Emulsified Asphalt (more or less) 1,400 Ton AASHTO No. 8 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed 1,400 Ton AASHTO No. 67 Coarse Aggregate 1.0% Washed 1,400 Ton AASHTO Anti-Skid (more or less) Aggregates and Anti-Skid must be submitted in sample bags with Bid proposal. Non collusion affidavits required. All material must be PennDOT certified according to the most recent Publication #408. Certificate of Compliance CS4171 must accompany all aggregate shipments. The proposal must be on form furnished by Independence Township. Bids must also be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid, payable to Independence Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
