Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Rome, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Replace fencing around tennis and basketball courts with 10' chain link of material and design suitable for enclosing sport courts, installation of two walk-in gates with one at each end of the fenced area. Total area to be fenced is 196'x106'. Each bidder must provide a bid bond, cash, or certified check in the amount of ten percent of the amount bid, along with a statement of non-collusion, both in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions to bidders. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Anticipated Award Date: 04/14/2026
