Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Marion, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project: 2026 Sidewalk Ramp Project for the Public Works Department. Work shall commence no earlier than May 26th, 2026, and no later than July 20th, 2026, and be completed within 50 working days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $300.00 per working day will be assessed for work not completed within this time. Bidders must submit a 10% bid bond. Construction documents are available electronically via PDF or paper copies upon request. Contractors requesting the PDF will be added to the plan holders list and will receive any addendums. Contractors are responsible for distributing any addenda to their subcontractors if they forward the PDFs. Subcontractors are encouraged to contact the Public Works Department individually to be added to the plan holders list.
