Town Hall Plaster Repair - Finishes/Interior The project involves plaster repair at the Rockingham Town Hall, built in 1926 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The work will address significant areas of failure and delamination, restoring the plaster to its original condition while keeping the building open to the public and municipal staff. Bidders are required to submit a Qualification Statement with their Bid Proposal. There is a mandatory pre-bid site visit, and all questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. The Town Hall houses municipal offices and a meeting room on the third floor, Town Clerk and municipal offices on the second, two storefronts and the Bellows Falls Opera House on the first/ground floor and a small theater / community room in the basement. The focus of this work will be to address the significant areas of failure and delamination, bringing plaster back to its original condition while keeping the building open to the public and offices able to be utilized by municipal staff, as much as possible.
