Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The Borough of Bangor invites the submission of sealed bids to furnish work in accordance with attached Bid Specifications for the construction of an accessible ramp at the Bangor Borough Building. Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. Proposals must be submitted electronically. The contractor must become familiar with and comply with the terms and conditions specified in the Community Development Block Grant. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, surety in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations. The bidder shall comply in all respects with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, chapter 49, title 16 of the Pennsylvania Code, and any other regulations promulgated hereunder. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall fully inform themselves as to all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, underwriter approval and shall include in their bid a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents.
