Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install aggregate underdrain and perform roadway reconstruction for a length of South Wade Avenue and install bituminous overlay on Piylesvanth Alley. Project scope will also include the construction of two ADA accessible ramps along South Wade Avenue. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to East Washington Borough. Awarded bidder shall provide one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond, one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond and fifteen percent (15%) Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. East Washington Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof.
