Sealed Proposals or Bids are requested for the project titled "2026 Mill and Overlay – Phase I", Project No. 26-001. Bids must be submitted on the standard Bid Form (Indiana Form No. 96 Revised 2013), signed, sealed, with the Non Collusion Affidavit properly signed and notarized, and with the Corporate Seal affixed. Each Bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Evansville, equal to 5% of the Total Bid. The successful contractor must provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the bid price, effective for 12 months after work acceptance. Bids must detail all subcontractors and percentages of contract work performed by each. Construction and installation must adhere fully to the provided Contract Drawings and Specifications, including all addenda. Not less than the minimum prescribed salaries and wages must be paid. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
