Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City of Evansville Purchasing Department is soliciting bids on behalf of the Board of Parks Commissioners for the CK Newsome Center Renovation. Each bid must be fully compliant with the provided specifications and executed on the forms supplied, including completion of the Non-Collusion Affidavit as per the Indiana State Board of Accounts. All bids should be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Evansville amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid, demonstrating good faith. This deposit is subject to forfeiture if the vendor fails to execute the contract according to the bid. Applicable taxes are to be considered as detailed in the specifications and bid forms, excluding Federal and Indiana Sales Taxes. The City reserves the right to award the contract(s) in its best interest or reject any or all bids as deemed appropriate.
