Sealed Proposals or Bids are requested for the project titled "2026 Mill and Overlay - Phase I". Bids must be submitted on the standard Bid Form (Indiana Form No. 96 Revised 2013), signed, sealed, with the Non Collusion Affidavit properly signed and notarized, and with the Corporate Seal affixed. Each Bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Evansville, equal to 5% of the Total Bid. The successful contractor must provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the bid price, effective for 12 months after work acceptance. Bids must detail all subcontractors and percentages of contract work performed by each. Construction and installation must adhere fully to the provided Contract Drawings and Specifications, including all addenda. Not less than the minimum prescribed salaries and wages must be paid. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. This asphalt rehabilitation project shall consist of milling and paving four (4) roadway segments within the City of Evansville with 1.5" of HMA Surface and 2" of HMA Intermediate at specified locations including performing full depth patching at various locations, installing new thermoplastic pavement markings, and installing new traffic signal loop detectors and radar detection. The four roadway segments to be paved include the following: 1. Washington Avenue (Green River Road to Newburgh Road) 2. Division Street (Plaza East Boulevard to Lloyd Expressway) 3. Sycamore Street (5 th Street to Main Street) 4. Vann Avenue (Covert Avenue to Washington Avenue)
