The Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District is soliciting proposals from vendors interested in performing Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of sanitary sewer pipes and visual inspection of manholes located within the District. The project includes CCTV inspection of portions of the District's gravity sewer system within the City of Mukilteo and unincorporated Snohomish County. Gravity sewer mains and manholes must be rated using National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) and Manhole Assessment and Certification Program (MACP) compliant software. The initial Unit Price Contract is for one year with a total not-to-exceed amount of $700,000, with the possibility of two one-year extensions to December 31, 2028, if additional funds become available. The footage of CCTV completed will be based on bid prices and the available budget. Certain work may be subject to prevailing wage laws according to RCW 39.12.020, and if so, the vendor and subcontractors must comply with all applicable wage laws and file the necessary forms with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Interested parties must respond by the deadline. Responses received after the deadline and all paper copy submittals will be disregarded. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. This solicitation does not obligate the District to pay any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of an RFP nor to accept or contract for any services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
