Professional Engineering Services for Design and Engineering Services During Construction for Contract No. AW2610 - Area Wide Pump Station Generator and ATS Replacement (SPS-1, 4, 10, NPS-7, 8, CPS-1, 5, 16) are required. Proposals are requested from qualified consultants licensed to practice Professional Engineering in New Jersey to provide these services. All firms submitting a proposal are responsible for filing an annual disclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission if they receive contracts in excess of $50,000 from public entities in a calendar year. Potential proposers must register with the Authority to receive addenda or revisions by providing firm name, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and contact name via e-mail. Proposals will be evaluated based on team qualifications, most advantageous price, and other considered factors. Sealed proposals must be received at 501 Hickory Lane, Bayville, New Jersey 08721 no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. RFPs received after 10:00 a.m. will not be accepted.
