Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 92,500-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The work includes but is not limited to: The scope of the project will include the construction of a new elementary school facility on existing property owned by the Laramie County School District No. 1. Mountain View 5/6 Elementary School will be located at 402 West Wallick Road adjacent to the existing Afflerbach Elementary School in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The proposed new 5/6 Elementary School will be approximately 92,500 gross square feet and a one-story structure with a planned capacity of 650 students. The playground equipment will be included in the site design and bid documents. The scope of design services will include the FF&E bid package. The District will procure the furniture and custodial equipment and will provide oversight of the installation of the FF&E, along with Owner Representative coordination. The District will provide information related to the custodial equipment to be included within the FF&E budget.
