Vendors are to provide the following items: two 20 cubic foot modular freezers (304 stainless steel, 32" W x 33" D x 71.75" H, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 phase, 404A refrigerant, left hinge, electronic controls; NSN: 4110 01-464-0281; cage/part number: 1RCY5/F20-2M-SN-MLR, 28873/F20-2M-SN-MLR, 01AN4/F20-2M-SN-MLR); two 20 cubic foot modular refrigerators (304 stainless steel, 32" W x 33" D x 71.75" H, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 phase, 404A refrigerant, right hinge, electronic controls; NSN: 4110 01-445-3086; cage/part number: 1RCY5/R20-2M-SN-MLR, 66682/R20-2M-SN-MLR, 28873/R20-2M-SN-MLR); and two modular combination refrigerator/freezers (304 stainless steel, 58" W x 30" D x 71.75" H, 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 phase, 404A refrigerant, standard hinge, electronic controls; NSN: 4110 01-445-3058; cage/part number: 66682/R20F20-2M-SN-MLR R404R, 66682/R20F20-2M-SN-MLR). Delivery is to be FOB Destination to U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD 21226. All material must be shipped with an itemized packaging list citing the purchase order number and packed in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R, with all materials clearly marked with the purchase order number, national stock number, vendor name, and part number. Any proposed substitutions must include a specification sheet for evaluation. Shipping costs must be included in the total cost. All deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All invoicing must be done through www.ipp.gov and contain all required order and vendor information. Quotes will be evaluated based on the ability to provide the complete requirement, meet the required time frame, and price. Vendors must have active SAM.gov registration or proof of registration submission.
