Sealed bids are invited from qualified General Contractors for the Thornbury Township Meeting Room Renovations (HVAC). The scope of work includes all General Construction, Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical Work as shown on the Bid Documents and in accordance with the Standard Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the total bid, and payment, performance, and one-year maintenance bonds as specified. Bids are to be submitted digitally through the PennBid system, with all correspondence and submittals endorsed for the Thornbury Township Meeting Room Renovations. Special attention must be paid to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and all requirements in the bid package. Plans and bidding documents are available electronically on the PennBid website or from Dever Architects. Deadline to submit Questions Jul 8th 2026, 10:00 AM EDT The Project Scope Includes Limited Renovations to the Existing Thornbury Township, Delaware County, Meeting Room. Interior Scope Includes Bathroom Renovations to Meet Accesibility Code Requirements, a New Kitchenette Serving the Meeting Space, New Millwork, Furniture Layout, And Interior Finishes. The Exterior Scope of Work is Limited to New Exterior Doors From the Meeting Room and an Optional New Roof Over the Secondary Meeting Room Exit.
