Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Margate City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,678-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

In general, this project consists of the construction of a New Public Works Building to be located on Block 324.01 , Lot 125 in Margate City, Atlantic County, New Jersey. The proposed facility includes a building with a ground floor of 6,731 square feet and a second floor of 5,947 square feet associated site improvements and improvements in the Monmouth Avenue rightof-way. The existing public works facility on the site will remain in operation during construction located on Lot 2.01 . This project includes all architectural, structural, civil/site, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems complete in order to provide a turnkey facility for immediate use and occupation by the Margate City Public Works Department. The allowable on-site area for use by the contractor during construction is shown on the Demo Plan Sheet 7 of 16. The contractor will be required to provide access throughout the project to the on-site fueling facility to City vehicles.
