Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Rigby, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 2:00 PM PT Questions regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid must be submitted in writing and received by Big-D Construction. Questions received after this day and time will not be considered. Submit questions via email to tim.bybee@big-d.com Furnish, deliver, unload, protect, erect, and provide all labor, material and equipment required to perform all STRUCTURAL STEEL AND MISCELLANEOUS METALS Also included, but not specifically limited to: 1. Provide structural steel, custom fabricated connectors and misc. metal fabrications. 2. Provide primer for all structural steel and metal fabrications ( Reference paint specifications). 3. Provide drawings for approval and erection use. 4. Furnish and deliver anchorage devices, such as anchor bolts, which are to be embedded by others in cast-in-place concrete. 5. All exposed welds shall be ground smooth and primed. 6. Provide weld certifications for all welders on the project. Certifications must be consistent with the welding being performed and as per the Subcontract Documents. 7. All holes shall be punched or drilled. Flame cutting to enlarge holes is not permitted. 8. All steel items to be clean and free of mud and other contaminants.
