Renovation of an educational facility in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed Bids Shall Be Accompanied by Bid Security Made Payable to the Pen Argyl Area School District in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Price and in the Form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond Issued by a Surety. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by Non-collusion Affidavit and Contractors Qualification Statement in Accordance With the Bid Documents. Bids Must Remain in Force for Sixty (60) Days After the Date of the Bid Opening and May Be Rejected Any Time Prior to the Expiration of Said Date. The Project Will Be Subject to the Applicable Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds in Amounts Equal to 100% of the Contract Price.surety Shall Be Satisfactory to the School District and Shall Be Included in the Contractor's Bid Amount CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/2/2020 5:00 PM The Work consists of the removal of an existing split-compressor chiller and associated piping as well as the installation of a new air-cooled chiller, chilled water piping, pumps, and all valves and accessories as required for a new complete system at the Wind Gap Middle School. The Work also includes electrical system modifications as required by the new Mechanical Work.
