The awarded firms, depending on their qualifications and abilities, would be responsible for performing construction, renovation or repair services, as determined by the needs of each project. Each project shall have a scope of work that is independent and stand alone, which shall be established at the time the Town requests a pricing proposal from an awarded firm regarding a specific project, or scope of work. CCNA contracts are limited to projects which construction costs do not exceed $2 million and when the fee for professional services does not exceed $200,000, per Florida Statute 287.055 (2)(g). Any resulting contract(s) will be for three years with renewal for an additional two years upon mutual consent of the parties. Late submittals will not be accepted or considered. All proposals must include all forms in the proposal package. The Town of Indian River Shores reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive any informality or irregularity on any proposal if considered non-substantial by the Town, and/or cancel this invitation at will. Proposals received after the date and time stipulated herein will be considered late and therefore, disqualified. Questions concerning the project or proposal requirements may be addressed at this time. Parties interested in submitting a response to this request agree not to "lobby" Town Council Members or any employees or agent of the Town at any time during the solicitation period and selection process.
