The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (Owner) is seeking qualified respondents (Offerors) to provide all construction services relating to the Construction of Intake Structure at Perry R. Bass Marine Fisheries Research Station (Project). Project scope includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary, but not limited to construct a new salt water intake structure, pump station, and pipeline for fish hatchery pond water supply as shown on the Contract Documents. The construction cost estimate for this project is $3,100,000.00 - $3,300,000.00. All work shall be completed within three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days or less, commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the work including submission of all submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions Article 12, 12.1.1.1. Failure to give proper consideration to site conditions when preparing the proposal will not constitute grounds for additional compensation.
