The City of Mercer Island Community is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide for "on-call" services at the City's discretion for environmental review and arborist review support services. The selected firms should have expertise in identifying critical areas, determining their presence or absence, and evaluating development proposals in regions where critical areas or other sensitive environmental features are present, and arborist review support services. The ideal firm will have experience providing these services to similar local agencies. The contract duration is two years (January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026) and will not exceed $90,000 ($45,000 annually). The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularities or information in the evaluation process. The final decision is the sole decision of the City, and the respondents to this formal request have no appeal rights or procedures guaranteed to them.
