Renovation of a stadium in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued for the construction of a prefabricated rink enclosure structure, which includes the installation of large cast-in-place concrete footings and the installation of electrical sports lighting. This project aims at enhancing the towns recreational facilities by providing an enclosed rink that meets specifications for both safety and functionality. Bid Security required shall be 10% of the Bidder's total tender amount. Agreement to Bond ~ Performance Bond: 50% of the total Tender amount, and Labour and Material Bond: 50% of the total Tender amount Anticipated completion December 2025.
