Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Bruno, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The following Scope of Services describes the specific tasks to be performed by the Consultant. If the Consultant believes that the project can be enhanced in any way by the addition of other tasks or the deletion of any specified tasks, such information should be included in the proposal. The City, through the Public Works Department, seeks to retain professional engineering services Pavement maintenance through use of deep lift or hot mix asphalt overlay with base repair, subbase stabilization, installing ADA-compliant curb ramps, and replacing striping for up to 5.03 center miles of streets with a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) between 2 and 72.
