Renovation of a military facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work entails remediating existing roof failures at Building 31, DPEZ 252207, including the removal and replacement of existing roof materials and installation of a new Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roof system. Contractors must protect all existing rooftop components such as HVAC units, antennas, and appurtenances during the work. Drawings depicting the original roof design sections are provided for general reference, along with specifications for the SPF system. All demolished materials become the property of the contractor and must be removed and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Full details are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Location: Wyoming Air National Guard, 217 Dell Range Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82009, United States. The Contractor Shall Begin Performance Within 30 Calendar Days and Complete It Within 180 Calendar Days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
