Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Prince Rupert has committed to upgrading and replacing most of the aged water and sewer infrastructure within the community. As this infrastructure reaches the end of its service life. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from design consultant services, has been issued by the owner. The city seeks an Engineering Consultant to provide design services based on a set of work packages developed by the city and their Owners Engineer, Associated Engineering (AE). Begin construction on at least one corridor by April of 2026. Issue all construction procurement packages for bid by September 2026. Further update in late fall 2025, upon award.
