The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), through the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), requires 24/7 on-call support and preventative maintenance for its existing security systems at Scott Air Force Base. These systems include the Johnson Controls CCURE 9000 Security Access System, badging stations, Bosch Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Milestone XProtect Video Management System (including all connected cameras), and a sound masking system. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, and supervision to maintain these systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and DoD Manual 5200.01, Volume 1. The scope includes monthly preventative maintenance (PM), emergency and routine repairs, software updates, system backups, and technical guidance on upgrades. The contractor must maintain a 24/7 call center, respond to trouble calls within 24 hours, and maintain or procure necessary hardware and software components. Deliverables include monthly PM reports, system backups, and documentation of unscheduled maintenance. Personnel must have appropriate certifications and a Tier 1 background investigation. The contractor must comply with all security, safety, and accessibility standards, and ensure all work aligns with federal, state, and local regulations.
