Alternate II - Household items collection - one ( 1 ) time annually.All expenses paid by hauler. Bid 1, 2 or 3 year basis. Proposals must be accompanied by certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, payable to the Borough of Avoca. The Avoca Borough Council has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
