Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 23,000-square-foot, one-story above grade financial development; for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot financial development; for site work for a financial development; fire / police facility; fire / police facility; fire / police facility; and for the addition of a 2,700-square-foot financial development.
The City of Hays is accepting bids for the Hays PD & Courts Renovation project. This project includes renovation of the existing Astra Bank at 1100 Fort Street in Hays, Kansas into the new City of Hays Police Station. Project Description: Renovation and addition to an existing building to create a Police department and Court building. Include resultant costs in the Bid Amount. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients.
