Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 33,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project will be performing interior renovations to their existing facility at 99 Medeiros Way, Westfield, MA. The renovation consists of the installation of new office and warehouse space which will include complete fit-out of a newly constructed steel framed pre-engineered building ADA bathrooms, storage area and all site development work including earthwork and site improvements. Work on site will begin in January, 2026. Sub Bid Category Masonry; Misc. Iron; Waterproofing/damproofing/caulk; Roofing & Flashing; Metal Windows; Glass & Glazing; Tile; Acoustic Tile; Res. Flooring; Paint; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical The project is the fit-out of an empty recently constructed pre-engineered metal building which has never been occupied. Site development and earthwork are also included. Invitation will be for General and filed sub trades. DCAMM certification and prequalification are required. Construction start is anticipated for January 2026. Estimated Cost $13,000,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Question deadline is Monday, 11/24/25 at 3:00 pm. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
