The City of Rahway is soliciting Proposals and Qualifications for calendar year 2026 from interested individuals and firms for the provision of a wide range of professional services, including but not limited to animal control, architectural services, bond counsel, bond underwriting, community outreach, engineering, environmental engineering, general counsel, graphic design, grant writing, health insurance advisory, housing rehabilitation and consulting, risk management, labor counsel, municipal auditing, financial advising, parking consulting, planning, property appraisal, special counsel, special litigation, and underground utility locating services. Additional opportunities include consulting, general counsel, planning, and specialized counsel services for the Rahway Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Redevelopment Agency. Proposals and Qualification Statements must be submitted to the Department of Revenue and Finance/Purchasing Agent at the specified address, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the title of the service on the outside. Submissions must be received on or before the stated deadline and will not be accepted by facsimile or e-mail. Communications regarding the RFQ process should be directed to the City’s Designated Contact Person in writing.
