In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:32-2, this project shall be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidder itself must be classified in the following trade(s) or it must name subcontractor(s) for the following trade(s): Structural Steel & Ornamental Iron (C029), Electrical (C047). Failure to list all required DPMC classified sub-contractors will render the bid non-responsive. A list of classified contractors/sub-contractors is available online. If a firm is not classified, they may apply for DPMC classification online. Bid proposals will be received electronically only via the Bid Express service. Paper bids will not be accepted. The DPMC Plan Room is located at 33 West State Street, 9th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608, and documents may be examined there by appointment. No bidder may withdraw its bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-7.2. The minority percentage goal requirement for this contract is 24% per skilled craft, and the female percentage goal requirement is 6.9% per skilled craft.
